About the Author

The late Dr. Binay Kumar Chatterjee (1941–2007) was a distinguished management educator with over 15 years of senior corporate experience across one MNC and three eminent Indian group companies. He brought over 25 years of management consultancy experience and 35+ years of postgraduate teaching experience, primarily as a visiting professor at leading institutes including IIM Calcutta and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai. He published six books on management and approximately 200 papers and review articles in reputable journals. He also served as adjunct faculty at ICFAI Business School, Kolkata, and as visiting faculty at IIMC.
